Joey has built his career around hard work, relationships, and helping customers solve their unique challenges. Growing up, he learned early the value of hard work, accountability, and earning what you're given. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Joey began his career in sales and customer-service-focused roles, developing a passion for working with people, building relationships, and finding solutions. Once he entered the energy industry, he quickly realized oil and gas was in his veins for good.

With over 15 years of experience in steel bar, tube, and OCTG materials, Joey's background spans machining, premium threading, manufacturing, distribution, and product development. His career has taken him from working on drilling rigs in the South Texas Eagle Ford Shale, to spearheading negotiations for multi-million-dollar global contracts. Today, Joey handles the CEO and CFO functions for Delta Solutions, overseeing the company's strategic and financial direction while remaining actively involved in its growth, operations, sales, and customer relationships. His approach to leadership remains rooted in the principles he grew up with: work hard, take care of people, do what you say you're going to do, and make a difference.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, being on the lake or golf course, and adventuring in the mountains of Montana and the shores of Lake Powell.

Cody is a builder — of relationships, of businesses, and of five young men. When he isn't with a customer, he's home on the ranch with his wife, Ashley, and their sons — working horses, tending animals, or in the field on a hunt. The ranch is where he does his other job: raising boys who know how to work hard, do a hard thing well, and become the kind of men the world needs more of.

Fifteen-plus years in, Cody has worked nearly every link in the upstream OCTG supply chain — mechanical tube and bar distribution, machining and turnkey manufacturing, premium threading, warehousing, and logistics. That kind of range is rare in this business, and it's the foundation Delta was built on.

Leslie brings more than 25 years of experience in OCTG coupling manufacturing and pipe threading to the team. Throughout her career, she has built strong, long-standing relationships across the industry, working closely with mill operations, distributors, and processing facilities. She is excited to bring her industry knowledge and experience to the team and looks forward to supporting the continued growth of the business from a new perspective.

She lives in Montgomery with her husband and two sons. Her oldest, Wyatt, is studying Business Management at the University of West Alabama, where he competes on the bass fishing team, while her youngest, Mason, is studying at Lone Star College. Outside of work, Leslie and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, whether at the lake or in the woods.

Lea Ann brings extensive experience in financial oversight, business operations, supply chain, and executive support to her role as General Manager. Her well-rounded background has given her a strong understanding of how each area of a business works together to support efficiency, growth, and exceptional customer service. She is known for her practical leadership style, attention to detail, and ability to develop organized processes that strengthen daily operations and keep teams moving toward shared goals.

Since joining the company, Lea Ann has continued to expand her leadership responsibilities and develop a deep understanding of the business, its customers, and its operational needs. She is passionate about supporting her team, solving problems, improving processes, and creating a strong foundation for the company’s continued success.

Outside of work, Lea Ann is a devoted wife of more than 20 years, a proud mother of four, and “Queenie” to four grandchildren. All of whom help keep her busy.

With a strong background in operations, logistics coordination, and administrative support, Aubrianne brings a versatile skill set to Delta Solutions. She supports purchasing, vendor communication, order documentation, freight coordination, and day-to-day operational processes—helping keep projects organized and moving from start to finish.

Aubrianne’s strengths include staying ahead of shifting priorities, maintaining detailed workflows, and providing consistent, dependable follow-through. Her ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments has allowed her to expand her industry knowledge while contributing across operations, sales, marketing, events, and field activities.

Outside of work, Aubrianne enjoys spending time with her daughter, growing in her faith, and volunteering in her community. She brings that same dedication, heart, and purpose to her role at Delta Solutions.

Jolie recently graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Finance and joined Delta Solutions as a Finance & Accounting Coordinator. As she begins her career in the upstream oil and gas industry, she brings a strong interest in finance, accounting, and business operations. She supports the company's financial and accounting functions, assisting with day-to-day processes, and maintaining accurate, organized records. Jolie enjoys solving problems, learning new processes, and gaining a deeper understanding of how different areas of the business work together to support success. She is eager to continue developing her industry knowledge, take on new responsibilities, and grow alongside the Delta Solutions team.

Outside of work, Jolie enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, pursuing her love of music, attending festivals and live events, and enjoying the outdoors.
